Complete the patient's orthotic order through your normal Amfit workflow.

02Add shoes to the order

Enter the shoe style, color, size, and quantity in the order notes.

03Submit the case

Send the completed file to Amfit as usual.

Access your Amfit Provider Portal.

02Select Order Surefoot Shoes

Open the shoe-ordering page and follow the step-by-step instructions.

03Submit the order

Review the shoe details and submit the order to Amfit.

Customer Referral

01Get your code

Visit your Amfit provider and receive a referral code.

02Select your shoe

Go to the Surefoot website, select your shoe, and insert the referral code at checkout.

03Order another pair

You may use the provider referral code to place another order.

    Yes. Surefoot Shoes are designed to accommodate Amfit custom orthotics, bringing the footwear and orthotic together as a more complete fitting solution.

  • Do I need to stock shoes?

    No. Shoes are ordered through Amfit as they are needed, either on a Central Fabrication order or through the Provider Portal, so your practice does not carry footwear inventory.

  • How are orders and deliveries handled?

    Submit the order through the Amfit Provider Portal or add the shoe details to the notes of a Central Fabrication order. Amfit handles processing and shipping from there.
