The CAD/CAM Mill is a precision 3-axis CNC system designed for in-clinic fabrication of custom EVA orthotics. Create accurate devices on-site and deliver same-day solutions without relying on external labs or shipping timelines.
How It Works
Import the scan from the Digitizer or Impress Scanner, load the selected blank, and start the milling process.
The 3-axis cutting system moves vertically, laterally, and longitudinally to shape the orthotic directly from the digital design.
Once milling is complete, add the top cover and prepare the orthotic for same-day use.
